SCSK Security launched its “Cyber Hygiene Support Service,” which provides comprehensive support from IT asset management to vulnerability countermeasures. It utilizes Ivanti Neurons, a SaaS-based endpoint management service provided by Ivanti, a U.S. company. This service detects all IT assets connected to an organization’s network, clarifies response priorities based on a vulnerability risk rating (VRR), and supports patch distribution and asset management operations.
The VRR uses AI (artificial intelligence) to daily collect and analyze not only industry-standard data such as CVE, CVSS, CWE, and OWASP, but also current threat information such as exploited vulnerabilities, zero-day vulnerabilities, and ransomware attacks , providing a realistic numerical score of the risk posed by vulnerabilities. By detecting unmanaged devices and visualizing the severity of vulnerabilities for each device, the service can determine and address patch priorities, establishing a cycle for efficiently improving security levels and enabling continuous improvement of IT asset management and vulnerability management. The company explains that by providing reports that aggregate information, even personnel without specialized knowledge can properly grasp the situation and make smooth response decisions.

In addition, because SCSK Security will handle everything from the initial setup to the initial configuration, it is possible to start operation in as little as two weeks. The service menu includes initial implementation such as initial setup and basic operation checks, as well as standard services that report on critical and high-risk vulnerabilities, unmanaged device detection, investigation of malicious applications, hardware inventory, and software inventory, as well as optional services that handle patch distribution settings, software distribution settings, device group creation, and data integration settings.
