The newly launched “Advisory Contract” is a service that allows you to easily consult with us about any concerns you may have prior to system implementation.

Our company provides management and system implementation consulting support to put an end to system implementation failures, based on the philosophy of “increasing the system implementation success rate to close to 100%, eliminating wasteful investment in profits, and realizing a society where people can challenge and immerse themselves in the future they envision.”

This is a new form of support that only Flyke can provide, as we provide support to over 50 companies, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, including legal services, real estate, and finance.

When we spoke to companies that faced various challenges when implementing systems, we found that in many cases, they were so focused on simply implementing the IT system that they failed to notice the fundamental problems with the project (such as problems with the organization itself or the way work was carried out), resulting in failure.
