MagicPod Inc. has officially released a “branch function” that enables simultaneous management of multiple versions of test cases for “MagicPod,” an AI test automation platform that enables automated E2E testing without coding.
This functionality enables workflows familiar in software development using Git, such as multiple people working in parallel, checking differences in changes, and resolving conflicts, to be realized in the world of no-code automated testing.
MagicPod’s branching feature allows you to create multiple branches within a single project.
The first branch is called the “default branch”, and you can create new branches based on the contents of the default branch. Editing a specific test case in one branch will not affect other branches, so you can use the branch feature to temporarily store different versions of the same test case.

Once you’re done editing, you can use the “merge” function to integrate the changes from the other branch back into the default branch.
The branching feature allows multiple people to work simultaneously, and allows you to edit and run tests in other branches while minimizing the impact on the default branch.
“MagicPod” is an AI test automation platform that supports both mobile app testing and browser (web app) testing. It helps speed up release cycles by providing an intuitive design that does not require special skills such as programming, high maintainability as a cloud service, and reduced effort in modifying test programs through automatic correction using AI technology. It has already been adopted by more than 500 companies, mainly leading companies in the IT industry.
