InfoDeliver Inc. has launched a new service called “COMITX,” which allows customers to build AI agents specialized for their business. In conjunction with this, the company has launched a new website introducing the concept, functions, and examples of the service.
As the introduction of AI progresses, an increasing number of companies are facing challenges such as, “We introduced the popular AI, but we can’t use it in practice,” or “General-purpose AI is not accurate enough and doesn’t fit our business.”
InfoDeliver’s new service, “COMITX,” was created to address these challenges. It is a co-creation service that develops business-specific AI agents together with customers.

InfoDeliver has been working on AI BPO operations for many years, and therefore utilizes its unique LLM to gain a deep understanding of business structures, rules, terminology, and data formats. This allows us to build a “useful AI Agent” optimized for each customer’s business in a short period of time.
Utilizing AI in business requires business knowledge, a deep understanding of AI, and delicate tuning skills. At COMITX, AI trainers accompany projects from launch to operation.
