Creative Hope Inc., which provides “invy,” a service that provides end-to-end support for referral marketing planning, system construction, and operation, has entered into a business partnership with Commune Inc., which provides the community success platform “Commune,” and has begun an initiative to support customer acquisition through “community x referrals.”
Through this partnership, companies using Commune will be able to acquire new, high-quality customers based on trust, starting with referrals from passionate fans within the community. It is expected that a sustainable purchasing cycle will be built based on the community, forming a customer base with high lifetime value (LTV).
Recently, the use of communities has been attracting attention as a measure to strengthen customer engagement and maximize LTV (customer lifetime value). However, implementing referral campaigns within communities requires specialized knowledge for things like lead design, incentive design, and campaign operation, and the operational burden has been a major issue for companies.

To address this issue, invy, which has extensive know-how in the referral field, has partnered with Commune to provide end-to-end support for community-based referral campaigns.
Through this collaboration, Commune will be able to provide additional support to companies that use the platform, including:
Community-based referral campaign planning, flow design, and LP construction
Operational support including post-implementation effectiveness measurement and improvement proposals
By making it possible to run campaigns based on referral activities within the community in a seamless manner, it reduces the burden on companies and promotes the acquisition of customers who are highly motivated to purchase and participate.
