Yamato Town has already started using Mira’s contract management system and GMO Sign’s Administrative Reform DX Electronic Contract, and is working to streamline administrative procedures and improve government services.
Based on the Yamato Town Digital Transformation Promotion Plan (Version 2.0), Yamato Town aims to proactively utilize digital technology to create an environment in which appropriate services can be provided to local residents and businesses in a sustainable and progressive manner.
Recently, in order to further improve the operational efficiency of both businesses and local governments, the introduction of an electronic contract service was considered, and GMO Sign Administrative Reform DX Electronic Contract, which works with Mira’s contract management system, was selected. In selecting the service, the system was evaluated for its easy-to-operate system design for employees, its robust security performance required by local governments, and its track record of implementation at the Kumamoto Prefectural Government.
With this implementation, Yamato Town can link contract documents that have been electronically signed using the witness-type electronic signature of “GMO Sign Administrative Reform DX Electronic Contract” to Mira’s contract management system in one stop and manage documents electronically. This will significantly reduce the time and costs involved in tasks such as printing, mailing, storage, and disposal.
