Coohom has entered into a strategic global partnership with Germany-based kitchen manufacturer nobilia to reshape how consumers plan and buy kitchens using spatial intelligence technology.
The partnership brings together nobilia’s more than 80 years of kitchen manufacturing experience with Coohom’s spatial design technology. Coohom’s platform is currently used by more than 47,000 companies across more than 200 countries and regions and supports 16 languages.
A key part of the partnership is Coohom’s AI Planner, which will be integrated into nobilia dealerships’ online customer touchpoints. Instead of simply browsing catalogues or looking at AI-generated images, customers can use actual nobilia products to visualize and plan their kitchens from home.
In essence, this is an attempt to increase interactivity in the online space while giving more insights to the dealerships regarding their needs. This way, customers will enter the showroom with a better knowledge of their own needs, thus saving time by not having to begin the design process from zero.

The companies also see design playing a bigger role beyond internal operations. Their aim is to turn spatial design into a direct business and marketing channel that connects online inspiration with product purchases.
The collaboration will begin with kitchens, but Coohom’s technology already supports broader home design. The company says it can generate complete home designs, including wardrobes and bathroom storage, in about five minutes based on basic customer requirements.
Coohom and nobilia plan to explore these areas as the partnership develops, with spatial intelligence expected by the companies to become a broader technology layer supporting the physical world over the next three to five years.
