SB C&S Corporation is expanding its partnership with Morgenrot Co., Ltd. as both companies begin testing AI infrastructure technologies inside SB C&S’s ‘C&S AI INNOVATION FACTORY.’ The facility is designed as a real world verification environment where companies can test the full lifecycle of AI platforms before deployment.
The focus of the testing will be Morgenrot’s ‘MORGENROT TailorNode,’ a GPU virtualization and integrated operations platform built for AI data centers and high performance computing environments. The companies plan to run technical evaluations inside GPU server environments while also validating practical enterprise use cases tied to AI workloads.
SB C&S had already signed a distributor agreement with Morgenrot in March 2026, but this move pushes the relationship beyond simple distribution. The goal now is to build stronger technical understanding around AI infrastructure deployments as enterprise demand for GPU resources and scalable AI environments keeps rising.

The bigger picture here is that AI infrastructure is becoming more complex than just buying GPU hardware. Companies now need virtualization, operational management, workload optimization, and deployment flexibility built together. SB C&S says insights from these tests will also be shared through its ‘C&S ENGINEER VOICE’ platform while helping sales partners make more practical AI infrastructure proposals.
