Kubell has launched Chatwork Mail Receiving, a cloud-based service that allows businesses to receive, digitize, and manage physical mail entirely online. Built on the infrastructure of atena, a postal digitization platform that has processed more than one million mail items, this service is trying to remove those annoying manual slowdowns in back office operations, you know the kind.
Mail that gets sent to the designated address is received, scanned, and then placed where users can access it via a single online portal. Businesses can look at the documents remotely, give handling responsibilities, and also submit requests for forwarding or disposal, without having to keep running to the physical office every time.

This launch also fits into a larger push toward digital transformation across administrative tasks, especially as organizations start using more flexible work arrangements. With mail management moved online, companies typically cut down operational delays, gain better sight into how documents move through workflows, and end up streamlining a lot of back office work, including accounting, general affairs, and other support functions.
