WingArc1st’s digital trust service, Trustee Timestamp, has been adopted by DONUTS for Jobcan Expense Reimbursement from September 1, 2026. The integration is aimed at improving the reliability of electronic documents used in business expense processes and reducing the risk of document tampering.
Jobcan Expense Reimbursement is a cloud-based expense management system covering transportation, business travel and other expenses. Adding timestamp capabilities gives companies another layer of assurance around the authenticity and integrity of digital documents.
The move also comes as businesses deal with a new problem created by AI-generated content. As synthetic documents become easier to produce and alter, proving when a document was created and whether it has been changed is becoming more important.

Trustee uses tamper-resistant technology across the generation, storage and distribution of digital forms and documents, adding digital trust to routine inter-company transactions.
