HENNGE Corporation has announced that its cloud security service HENNGE One has started API-based account integration with SmartHR, the back-office system for people and organizations provided by SmartHR Inc. The integration adds account information retrieval, creation, and deletion to the services’ existing single sign-on capabilities.
As more companies start using SaaS tools and offer flexible work options keeping track of accounts across different services has gotten more complicated. When employees join, leave or move between teams administrators often have to check, create or remove accounts manually. This increases the chance of mistakes. Can lead to accounts not being deleted when employees leave.
With the API connection the employee details stored in SmartHR can automatically start actions in HENNGE One. When an employees information is added, updated or removed in SmartHR administrators can make sure the matching HENNGE One account is handled properly. This includes getting the account creating it or deleting it. This makes the process much easier. Helps avoid the problem of not removing accounts when they should be taken down.
The two services already work with sign-, on. HENNGE One users can log in to SmartHR using one set of login details. This makes it easier to log in while still keeping security measures in place.

HENNGE said it will continue expanding the number of SaaS services that can integrate with HENNGE One as it supports organizations in their technology adoption and digital transformation efforts.
