Rubina Software Japan has partnered with Pateras Consulting to strengthen one of the weakest parts of enterprise transformation projects, the planning stage before development even begins.
Many DX, AX, and core system modernization projects run into trouble because companies build new systems around existing processes instead of first questioning whether those processes still make sense. The two companies want to tackle that problem earlier.
Rubina Software Japan will continue handling business analysis, process redesign, requirements definition, and system planning. Pateras Consulting will act as an independent reviewer, kind of examining proposed business models from an outside perspective before projects move into development, or at least before anything really starts.

The review process will focus on whether those business designs actually line up with management strategy, whether the system requirements properly reflect those designs, and whether any operational gaps, risks, or overlooked issues are still sitting there quietly before implementation begins. The main point is to catch problems while they are still cheap to repair, instead of discovering them after development is already underway.
The companies also want to help clients go further than just replacing legacy systems. Their approach leans on standardized operations, less dependence on lone or individual expertise, stronger use of business data, and processes that stay workable as organizations keep growing.
Rubina Software Japan said the partnership expands its ability to support customers across the full project life cycle, from consulting and business design through implementation and operations. Going forward, both companies plan to work together on DX, AX, business process transformation, and core system modernization projects where tighter planning can reduce project risk and improve long term outcomes, overall.
