Ricerca has gone into something like a capital and business alliance with the NX Group, after it received an investment from NX Global Innovation Investment Limited Partnership, which is managed by NIPPON EXPRESS Holdings. The whole agreement, was signed on June 25 2026 and it’s mainly about using AI to make order processing more modern, and in a way to speed up the digital makeover across logistics operations.
This partnership arrives while many businesses still lean on paper docs, PDFs and manual data input for order management, and at the same time they have to live with old ERP systems, plus a bit of a shortage when it comes to skilled personnel. So Ricerca will place its AI-powered Agentic ERP platform, RECERQA, across the NX Group’s operations. In practice, the platform helps digitize documents, drive automation for order processing, connect smoothly with the current ERP systems, and even back up business decisions without tossing the ongoing work into chaos, or stopping operations.

And as part of the collaboration, the two companies will also craft AI agents, tuned for logistics workflows. By combining Ricerca’s AI and ERP technology with the NX Group’s global logistics network and operational expertise, they aim to improve order processing efficiency, optimize inventory and transportation networks, and strengthen supply chain performance. The alliance also supports the NX Group’s long-term strategy of expanding its presence as a global logistics company through greater automation and operational efficiency.
