Crosscat Co., Ltd. has announced that one of its engineers has been selected for Oracle Japan’s 2026 OCI Top Partner Engineers program, which recognizes engineers from Oracle Partner Network member companies for their expertise and track record with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
The program looks beyond technical knowledge. Oracle Japan evaluates how engineers approach challenges, create value using OCI, drive initiatives, and build practices that can be sustained and applied across other projects and teams.
The selected Crosscat engineer has worked across requirements definition, design, construction, and maintenance on multiple projects, mainly in data analysis. Their work has supported customers using OCI while also helping move projects forward. Crosscat has also been organizing knowledge gained from these projects and standardizing documentation and templates for wider use.

The company is currently developing OCI projects across finance, manufacturing, distribution, and public-sector organizations. It is also focused on preparing engineers for cloud migration and data utilization infrastructure, while expanding OCI certifications and participation in technical communities.
Crosscat says these actions fit into its wider plan for growing cloud skills and using IT services to back sustainability. It ties the work to SDG 9 and SDG 17. These points are about solid infrastructure, new ideas, and working with other partners.
