This service leverages Tanabe Consulting’s management expertise and JAPAN AI’s technology, integrating JAPAN AI’s advanced AI technology to provide end-to-end support for companies’ AI utilization, from strategy formulation to operational implementation and organizational integration. Rather than aiming for AI implementation itself, it supports the realization of “AI-native management,” which brings about transformation in both management and operations.
Amidst labor shortages and the increasing sophistication of business operations, AI is rapidly gaining popularity as a new tool to support corporate activities.
