Discircle Co., Ltd. will collaborate with neoAI Co., Ltd., a startup specializing in generative AI originating from the Matsuo-Iwasawa Laboratory at the University of Tokyo, to enhance the use of AI in its DX solution “POWER EGG”. As the first step, a function to link POWER EGG’s file management function with neoAI’s corporate generative AI service “neoAI Chat” is scheduled to be released in the winter of 2026.
This collaboration aims to streamline information retrieval and promote information utilization by enabling users to quickly search and confirm necessary information from internal regulations, operational manuals, and other documents stored in POWER EGG via neoAI Chat.
Financial institutions handle a wide range of documents, including administrative regulations, operational manuals, notices, and Q&A collections. These documents are constantly revised in response to changes in systems and procedures, making it a daily task to search for necessary information and compare multiple documents. Beyond simply organizing and managing these documents, ensuring that employees can quickly access the information they need during their work is a significant challenge.

Searching for internal documents such as regulations and manuals is one of the most promising uses of AI-generated documents in financial institutions. However, continuously registering documents separately in the AI-generated document system increases the burden of updating and managing those documents. Therefore, there is a need for an environment that integrates the AI-generated document system with the existing document management infrastructure, enabling efficient use of the accumulated information.
POWER EGG is a business platform equipped with functions such as groupware, workflow, and web database, and is used by many companies, including financial institutions, as a platform for consolidating and utilizing various information within a company. neoAI Chat is used by more than 70 financial institutions and supports the use of generated AI tailored to daily operations, such as searching for regulations and manuals.
By combining the operational infrastructure and generative AI expertise of both companies, we will promote the integration of both products to make documents stored in POWER EGG more easily usable in the field.
