CONNEXT Co., Ltd. will launch its Digital Employee Series in September 2026, introducing AI assistants designed to help sole proprietors, small businesses, and SMEs reduce administrative workloads and address labor shortages.
The first product, Jimunosuke, automates routine office tasks, while Hishomaru, an AI assistant for executives, and industry-specific versions for construction and transportation are planned for future release.
Unlike traditional AI chatbots that only generate responses, the Digital Employee Series is built to complete tasks automatically. It works with existing tools such as email, Excel, accounting software, and shared folders, allowing employees to review completed work instead of handling repetitive processes manually.

CONNEXT says businesses can adopt the service without replacing their current systems or hiring dedicated IT staff. Customer data is stored on servers in Tokyo and Osaka, is not used to train AI models, and remains within the required environment. High-risk actions, including payments and sending sensitive information, still require human approval.
Jimunosuke can process invoices, enter data into spreadsheets and internal systems, draft email replies, organize customer records, generate accounting entries, and create meeting minutes and reports. The company also plans to develop customized AI solutions for industries that require specialized workflows.
