Cognizant has launched Neuro AI Trust, a platform built to help companies keep track of AI systems as they become more complex and autonomous.
The issue Cognizant is trying to address is fairly straightforward. Businesses are adding more AI models, agents and applications, but keeping an eye on how all of them behave is getting harder. A problem in one system can also affect other connected agents and workflows.
Neuro AI Trust brings monitoring, policy controls and risk management into one layer. Its Guardian Agents watch AI behavior and interactions in real time while the platform can allow warn or block actions based on company policies frameworks, like NIST AI RMF and the EU AI Act.

It can also flag risks update governance rules without code changes, and send the hard cases to human reviewers. Cognizant says it is already using the platform internally across an AI environment serving 350,000 employees.
The launch shows a shift in enterprise AI. Getting AI into production is becoming only half the job. Companies now need to know what those systems are doing once they are there.
