Allganize has launched Data Assist Agent, an AI agent designed to analyze large and messy Excel files through plain language interaction. The agent is now part of the Alli LLM App Market, Allganize’s enterprise AI platform that hosts over 100 ready-to-use AI apps and agents.
The core idea is simple. Most companies still run on Excel. Sales data, support logs, asset records, quality reports. The data exists, but extracting insights requires formulas, pivots, macros, or specialist skills. That gap slows decisions and blocks real digital transformation. Data Assist Agent targets this exact friction point.

Users can ask questions in natural language and get structured analysis across hundreds of thousands of rows, even when files have complex layouts, merged cells, or inconsistent entries. The agent converts Excel data into SQL-backed structures, enabling accurate calculations and comparisons without manual preprocessing. Apart from that, it provides a text-based analysis as a support which is significant for logs and free-form entries, not merely numbers.
This release is an indication of enterprise AI’s wider evolution. The focus is shifting from powerful models to usable agents that fit real workflows. Not AI for demos. AI for daily work.
