MEDIUM Co., Ltd. has officially released the “SFA Auto Input Function” for its sales AI agent “STRIX,” which automatically inputs deal information into SFA/CRM based on negotiation logs.
STRIX has so far incorporated customer interactions, such as online and offline sales meetings, call logs, and emails, into sales logs, structuring primary sales information.
This new SFA auto-entry function uses the sales opportunity log to automatically generate deal information such as transaction stage, deal quality, next action, expected order date, and amount, using AI. You can choose to have the information reflected automatically or only after approval, ensuring that SFA/CRM fields that previously relied on manual entry are kept up-to-date with supporting evidence.

STRIX is a sales AI agent/sales negotiation analysis tool based on the concept of “transforming business processes into an AI-driven sales organization.” By simply having it sit in on sales negotiations, it automates tedious activity recording and reporting, and automatically accumulates negotiation information in SFA/CRM.
