Zeals Inc., the company behind customer service AI agents, has teamed up with Digirise Inc., which runs AI businesses like ‘Corporate Reskilling®’ and ‘RakuJob AI.’ The partnership is meant to encourage companies to use AI agents. This comes as Zeals prepares for the full-scale launch in Japan of its AI services, including the customer service AI agent ‘Omakase.ai,’ which has been highly praised in the US and other countries.
The idea behind this partnership is to combine the strengths of both companies. Digirise brings practical know-how for using AI in businesses and corporate AI training programs. Zeals brings proven technology and a track record of global success with Omakase.ai. Together, they want to not just sell AI products, but also help Japanese companies actually master the use of AI agents and get results from them.
Digirise is led by CEO Masahiro Chaen, who is a well-known AI expert. They provide hands-on support for implementing AI in companies through programs like Corporate Reskilling®. Zeals focuses on technology and product development with Omakase.ai at the center. With their expertise in dealing with international markets, the companies are able to assist the business in enhancing the customer experience via AI.
