The two firms want to increase their customer services, deliver better solutions, and assist in the productivity and competitiveness enhancement of the client firms through the said alliance. Rakus brings a strong customer base in the back-office SaaS market. Plus, Alpha Consulting brings a human resources data utilization platform in the talent management market. By working together, they plan to combine these strengths.
Rakus has been growing steadily for 26 years. It has built a strong sales and marketing channel in the small and medium-sized business market. Its strength is its integrated best-of-breed strategy, providing deep solutions for specific business operations. But its HR services were limited to ‘Rakuraku Attendance.’ Expanding HR and labor management functions has been a strategic challenge.

Plus, Alpha Consulting focuses on enterprise customers. Its product, Talent Palette, is an all-in-one platform using AI to support human resource visualization and strategic HR management. The product is highly praised for its advanced functions and robust platform.
This partnership will combine both companies’ strengths. Rakus’ reach in the SMB/MMB market will be paired with Plus Alpha Consulting’s advanced HR tech platform. Together, this will maximize market coverage for both companies.
To make this partnership stable and long-term, Rakus will acquire 4.09 percent of Plus Alpha Consulting’s total issued shares. This strategic investment lays the foundation for collaboration and solidifies commitment from both sides.
As part of this alliance, Rakus will launch ‘Rakuraku Jinji Roumu,’ an OEM version of Talent Palette, starting January 2026.

- Function: It includes the Talent Palette functions that address key pain points for Rakus’ customers. This covers human resources management, labor management, and various labor procedures. This incorporates the process of making and submitting the needed documents of work contracts, year-end adjustments, social insurance, and applications for employment insurance and unemployment insurance.
- Target: Organizations having a maximum of 300 employees
- Cost: The initial cost will be 100,000 yen excluding tax and the monthly fees will be a minimum of 30,000 yen excluding tax. The monthly fees will be at least 30,000 yen without tax. The fees will differ on the basis of the number of users and options and may also change.
- Availability: Starting in January 2026
