Marubeni Information Systems Co., Ltd., a member of the Digital Solutions Segment of the Marubeni I-DIGIO Group, has added “kintone API Query Creator,” an application that enables easy and accurate creation of API queries using a GUI, to “WinActor for kintone,” a collaboration plug-in between the RPA tool “WinActor®” and the cloud service “kintone” provided by Cybozu Inc., and will begin offering it in December 2025.
kintone is a cloud service that enables the creation and customization of business apps without coding, streamlining team collaboration and data management. However, custom queries used with the API present challenges, such as the high learning curve due to differences in operators for each field type, string quoting and escaping, and UTC notation for date and time. WinActor for kintone also has a function that utilizes custom queries for flexible automation, but users still had to write the queries themselves.
kintone API Query Creator is a Windows desktop application that solves the challenges of writing queries and allows you to easily create and verify error-free queries. It improves the efficiency of RPA scenario design and verification, and development of kintone API integration.

By combining WinActor for kintone and kintone API Query Creator, you can achieve advanced automation using only the WinActor property screen and intuitive operation of kintone API Query Creator, without requiring knowledge of APIs or programming. This improves on-site work efficiency at a lower cost than conventional system development, and is highly stable even over the long term.
By providing the kintone API Query Creator, MSYS will further improve the usability of WinActor for kintone, further supporting customers’ business automation and digital transformation.
At Cybozu Days 2025, scheduled to be held on October 27th and 28th, 2025, we will be exhibiting and demonstrating the combination of WinActor for kintone and kintone API Query Creator.
