With this collaboration, when receiving a call, the “Email Dealer” screen will be called up from “OSORA,” and past email and telephone inquiry history will be easily viewed. This will allow customers to respond more accurately by referring to past correspondence without the hassle of searching.
Through this collaboration, Scene Live and Lux aim to provide products with high market value and contribute to improving business efficiency and customer service quality for companies.
