Helpfeel Inc., which provides an “AI knowledge data platform” that strengthens corporate AI, will begin offering the beta version of the “Helpfeel Article Search API,” an API function that enables AI-FAQ searches of Helpfeel from any channel, including chatbots and apps, from Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
This function will be offered as an optional plan for Helpfeel, allowing existing Helpfeel users to incorporate Helpfeel’s AI-FAQ search into their chatbots, smartphone apps, internal systems, etc. This will enable companies to use a system that allows them to search FAQ knowledge from any customer touchpoint or business system, improving customer experience and streamlining operations.
Development background: Diversifying customer contact points and increasingly complex business processes
In recent years, companies’ customer contact points have diversified, including websites, apps, chat, and call centers, and customers are increasingly accessing information through the channels they are familiar with. At the same time, internal business systems have become more complex, spanning multiple tools, and there has been a demand for a system that allows employees to smoothly access information. As a result, there has been a growing demand to “use Helpfeel’s AI-FAQ search across all channels, both customer-facing and internal.”
