HEAVEN Japan Co., Ltd. has partnered with Feedforce Group Inc. to begin providing new support for improving customer experience using its in-house developed DX service “Tsunadigi.”
“Tsunadigi” is a ” field-led real DX package ” developed based on the customer engagement measures that HEAVEN Japan has actually used in its own D2C business and have achieved results. It provides a mechanism to deepen the “emotional connection” with customers and build trust with brands, both online and offline, in a form that can be replicated in stores that use Shopify.
Even if stores and brands want to deepen their relationships with customers, they often face barriers such as limited manpower, time, and knowledge.
“Tsunadigi” was born as a DX tool to address such challenges.
