LINK Inc., which operates “BIZTEL,” a cloud-based CTI/call center system that has held the No. 1 domestic market share for nine consecutive years, is pleased to announce that it has begun collaborating with Nippon Telenet Co., Ltd. on its video call service “LINX Chat,” starting today.
This collaboration will allow BIZTEL users to make video calls using “LINX Chat” without ending their current call.
BIZTEL, provided by Link, is a cloud-based call center system that can accommodate everything from simple single-seat deployments to large-scale deployments of hundreds of seats or more. It is used by over 2,000 companies in various industries, including manufacturing, finance, pharmaceuticals, IT, and service industries. In addition to clear call quality, a stable system, and high-level security, it offers a variety of functions such as AI-generated call summarization, automatic detection of customer harassment, and voicebot integration, supporting the efficiency and automation of companies’ telephone operations.

The “LINX Chat” service, provided by Japan Telenet, with whom we have recently begun collaborating, allows customers to make video calls from their standard browsers on PCs and smartphones by sending them a video sharing URL via SMS or email. It requires no app installation or initial setup, making it easy to implement and use.
Going forward, Link and Nippon Telenet will further strengthen their partnership to contribute to greater efficiency in customer service operations and improved customer experience.
