B-with Corporation is pleased to announce that it has entered into a resale agreement with SoftBank Corp. (hereinafter “SoftBank”) for “Omnia LINK,” a cloud PBX and call center system provided by B-with.
“Omnia LINK” provided by B-with was certified as a solution partner of SoftBank’s corporate partner program “ONE SHIP” in 2021, and since then, we have been leveraging the synergy between “SmartVPN”, a flexible VPN solution for businesses that combines high-quality communications and security, provided by SoftBank, and Omnia LINK products to promote mutual customer referrals. Since last year, we have also been selling “SmartVPN” and “Omnia LINK” as a set.
In response to the increasingly urgent labor shortage in the contact center industry in recent years and against the backdrop of growing expectations for the use of generative AI, the two companies will deepen their collaboration through this reseller agreement and aim to approach a wider customer base.

This will promote DX (digital transformation) at corporate contact centers, helping to improve customer experience and streamline operations, thereby providing customers with higher value-added services.
