LRM Secures ¥200M Funding for Securio Cloud Service

LRM Inc. will raise a total of 200 million yen through a third-party allotment of new shares to Global Security Expert Inc. and Japan Cyber ​​Security Fund No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership, in which GSX participates. LRM will also enter into a capital and business alliance agreement with GSX.
