Dentsu Institute Unveils CRM Tool for Local Governments

Dentsu Institute Inc., a company that uses technology to achieve evolution for businesses and society, has begun development of "minnect cBase," a CRM system for local governments, to begin offering in the fall of 2025. The CRM system being developed will link the necessary information from the core systems that are currently divided vertically within the government, enabling centralized data management and the provision of administrative services that meet the individual needs of residents, thereby improving convenience for residents and streamlining the work of local government employees.
