OKI Electric Cable, a member of the OKI Group, has launched small-lot custom long flexible printed circuits (FPCs) designed specifically for rockets and satellite equipment in the New Space industry. Available from July 8, 2025, these FPCs cater to the increasing demand for lightweight, compact, and custom-designed components used in space exploration and satellite development. They can be made up to 100 meters long. This makes them great for single-unit prototyping. They are perfect for quick development and testing. Manufactured at OKI’s Gunma Factory using proprietary technology, the FPCs allow wiring in constrained or three-dimensional spaces and can withstand high heat and radiation.
