Fortience Consulting Co., Ltd., a member of the NTT Data Group, will begin offering its “CleanCoreNext” solution from July 14, 2026.
This solution primarily targets companies that have completed the migration to SAP S/4HANA® and established a standardized foundation. It provides the “next step” to accelerate decision-making and improve corporate value by utilizing business data accumulated in core systems with an AI agent. While maintaining the standardization of the established foundation, it provides comprehensive support for the introduction of an AI agent that combines generative AI and MCP, from diagnosis to implementation and stabilization. It can integrate with systems and channels that customers already use, such as Microsoft Teams and Salesforce, and can solve problems in a wide range of business areas such as sales, procurement, quality, logistics, and finance using natural language.
In recent years, companies have become increasingly aware of the importance of data utilization, and more and more companies are moving beyond the conceptual stage to taking concrete steps toward its implementation. Meanwhile, in the ERP market, as the demand for version upgrades triggered by the “2027 problem” subsides, efforts to make advanced use of business data accumulated in SAP with AI are rapidly attracting attention.

For customers who have established a Clean Core after migrating to SAP S/4HANA, the next challenge is “how to enhance business value with AI while maintaining the standardization of the established infrastructure.” There is a need for a way to incorporate generative AI without modifying the core, but a lack of implementation know-how using new technologies such as MCP, security design, and adoption within the organization are becoming new obstacles.

It maintains the integrity of a standardized infrastructure and adheres to the principle of extensions that do not modify the core, while quickly and securely integrating AI agents into business processes. The service is provided in stages, starting with a current situation assessment, followed by AI agent implementation and proof-of-concept, and then support for adoption.
