WingArc1st Inc. そして Infomart Inc. will begin direct API integration of their respective electronic invoicing services starting September 1st (Tuesday).
By directly connecting WingArc’s digital document platform “SVF” and Infomart’s invoice cloud service “BtoB Platform Invoice,” the boundaries between services are overcome, and the automation of data-to-data (DtoD) invoice transfer is realized.
The digitalization of accounting operations is progressing against the backdrop of DX promotion, accelerated work style reforms, and compliance with legal regulations. In this context, there is a proliferation of electronic invoicing services, and the number of cases where issuers and recipients use different systems is increasing. As a result, “SaaS fatigue” is becoming a problem, with increased workload due to the simultaneous use of multiple services and risks of information leakage.

To address this challenge, the two companies have developed a system that allows for direct linking of billing data. This integration enables both the issuer and the recipient to receive billing data issued by “SVF Transact” in “BtoB Platform Invoice” without having to change their preferred services. This eliminates the need for cumbersome manual tasks such as “outputting invoice data to PDF and sending it by email” or “manually entering data into the system while viewing the PDF,” which occur when using different services, and significantly reduces the overall workload of billing operations
