Heyjob Co., Ltd., which develops and provides “HR-LENS,” an AI interview platform that supports companies in AX (Aptitude Testing) and eliminates mismatches in recruitment, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a business partnership with SEREAL Co., Ltd., which operates the startup studio SEREAL.
In August 2026, our company was selected for “TIB STUDIO,” a business support program for startups implemented by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. This business partnership with SEREAL Inc. was realized through the support we received from TIB STUDIO.
As our business expands, we urgently need a growth strategy to further develop our “HR-LENS” business.
Amidst these circumstances, in August 2026, our company was selected for “TIB STUDIO,” a program implemented by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. TIB STUDIO is a business development support program for startups with the concept of “providing support like that of a co-founder to create startups that will surprise the world.”

SEREAL Inc. is a startup studio that “continuously produces startups that change the world.” It specializes in the Product Market Fit (PMF) phase from founding to the PMF phase, and has a system in place to provide consistent support from business strategy planning to product implementation and growth, including business strategy, product development (dev, design, product management), and marketing.
We are pleased to announce that, following our connection at TIB STUDIO, we have entered into a business partnership with SEREAL Inc. to leverage their expertise and execution capabilities in product development and growth, with the aim of strengthening the development system and improving the service quality of “HR-LENS.”
