Clavance Co., Ltd.  and the iCD Association  have signed a “Memorandum of Understanding Regarding the Utilization and Collaboration of the FDE Evaluation System” (Date of signing: October 15, 2026) to develop and utilize a system for evaluating the capabilities of IT engineers required in the age of AI.

この覚書に基づき、iCD協会は、iCD（iCompetency Dictionary）の開発および活用に向けた公式参照体系の一つとして、Cravance社が提案する「Forward Deployed Engineer（FDE）」評価システムを採用する。これに加え、ITSS（ITスキル標準）、 DSS（デジタルスキル標準）、SFIA（英国発祥の国際的なスキルフレームワーク）といった外部システムに加え、iCD（iCompetency Dictionary）の開発および活用に向けた公式参照システムの一つとして採用する。.
