NTT Advanced Technology Corporation will begin offering a face-to-face version of its multilingual real-time communication assistant “globejoy” from September 26, 2025.
“globejoy” is a service that instantly translates and displays on screen the desired language in places where people are having conversations and discussions in different languages.
By adding a face-to-face version to the lineup in addition to the conventional web conferencing version, multilingual communication will become easier in customer service and customer service situations.

Japan is increasingly accepting foreign workers in a variety of fields, and there are increasing opportunities to interact with foreign residents in local communities and workplaces.
