コトズナとグラッドキューブが提携、多言語AIの拡充へ

株式会社コトズナは、株式会社グラッドキューブとの協業を開始し、多言語世代AIサービスの範囲を拡大することをお知らせいたします。

近年、企業のグローバル展開の加速に伴い、Webサイトの多言語化の重要性が高まっています。しかし、従来の翻訳作業は時間とコストがかかり、各言語特有のニュアンスや文化的背景を自然に表現することは困難でした。

Aiming to “eliminate language barriers through technology,” Kotozna has developed a multilingual AI chatbot called “Kotozna ConcierGAI” and a multilingual concierge service for accommodation facilities called “Kotozna In-room.” Glad Cube, on the other hand, has a wealth of experience in the fields of AI system development and digital transformation support.

このコラボレーションの中で、グラッドキューブは以下のものを取り入れる予定です。 コトズナ‘s multilingual AI technology into its own services, sell the packages and provide customization support. In addition, グラッドキューブ は、AIソリューションの知見を活かし、多言語戦略の策定から実行までを一貫してサポートするシステムを構築します。
