Zoho Japan is launching a service that links Zoom Meetings with Zoho CRM, so it can automatically collect and sort sales meeting info. Basically it grabs the summaries, recordings, and transcripts that Zoom AI Companion creates, then puts all of that into CRM records, so sales teams don’t have to do as much manual work.
This rollout is meant to tackle a long standing annoyance, where meeting notes and customer details end up kind of scattered across different tools, and you know, they can depend on individual reps, not so much the organization. With this setup companies should be able to speed up sales workflows, make the handovers a touch smoother and keep customer conversations more consistent, even when teams shift.

And yeah, the integration also helps organizations get a lot more out of their CRM systems in online first sales environments, it kind of nudges a broader shift toward sales digital transformation across mid-sized businesses too. ゾーホー emphasizes data privacy.
