Salesforce Japan announced Slackbot is coming to Japan. It is a personal agent for work inside Slack. They are rolling it out in stages for Business Plus and Enterprise+ customers. The idea is that people can use Slackbot without learning new tools. It understands conversations, files, people, permissions, all of it. It helps find information inside Slack and other systems. It can also organize work, make content, schedule meetings, reminders, all of it inside Slack. You do not need to leave Slack to do anything.
This is part of something called Agentforce 360. The idea is Slack becoming a place where people and AI agents work together. Slackbot can also see which conversations or documents led to a decision. So companies can understand why things happened.

In the future Slackbot will connect to other AI agents like セールスフォース Agentforce, Claude, and ChatGPT. People can ask Slackbot for help and it will automatically pull from these tools. The main idea is to have AI integrated into everyday work and not as a separate part. The intention is to support the workers in completing their tasks in a quicker manner and to make AI perceive as a regular work companion.
