VOLTMIND Inc., which develops AI solutions and provides AI server services, and SANIX Corporation which operates a business related to total maintenance of detached houses and apartment complexes, are pleased to announce the launch of the “SAAD Project” (Third Project), a joint project aimed at promoting digital transformation (DX) and full-scale utilization of AI technology.
In this project, we will utilize our cutting-edge AI technology to support Sanix in overhauling its core systems, building a company-wide AI promotion structure, developing AI talent, and promoting AI literacy.

Renewal of core systems:
By completely reviewing the current system and introducing the latest technology, we will achieve drastic improvements in operational efficiency and strengthen the data utilization infrastructure. We will also build a highly scalable system that can flexibly respond to future changes in the business environment.
Support for building an AI promotion system:
We supported the establishment of a new department within Sanix that will be responsible for promoting AI. We will provide comprehensive support from formulating AI strategies to their implementation, accelerating the adoption of AI and data-driven decision-making in each business area.
AI education program offerings:
We provide a systematic AI education program for all employees, covering a wide range of topics from basic AI knowledge to specialized skills tailored to the work of each department, to improve AI literacy throughout the organization and promote the development of AI talent who will drive business innovation.
