Monstar Lab and SOLIZE PARTNERS have joined forces to tackle some of the toughest problems in the manufacturing industry. They want to help companies modernize old systems, move away from self-reliance, and digitize engineers’ know-how.
Monstar Lab, known as an AI and digital partner, helps companies transform using AI and digital tech. SOLIZE PARTNERS, a design engineering firm that has over a decade of experience in digital manufacturing, employs 3D printing and other digital tools for the whole product development process, from design to mass production. In collaboration, they claim to solve manufacturing problems much easier.
The main challenges in manufacturing they want to solve are clear. First, aging systems have become black boxes. Companies are spending a lot to maintain old core systems, but replacing them is tricky because they’re complicated and rely on outdated programming. Second, in-house teams are hitting limits. They used to handle design, analysis, and production preparation internally, but rising costs, limited resources, and quality issues make it hard to keep up with product diversity and global expansion. Third, knowledge transfer is a problem. Experienced engineers hold a lot of know-how in their heads, making it hard to train younger engineers and maintain design and manufacturing expertise.

The partnership plans to tackle these issues in three ways.
First, Monstar Lab will use its AI to analyze these old, complex systems and help modernize them. The goal is to visualize and rebuild these systems, cut costs, and make system operations sustainable. SOLIZE PARTNERS will help implement these solutions globally through its Indian branch.
Second, to overcome in-house limitations, SOLIZE PARTNERS will use モンスターラボ’s AI to enhance its design and development services. This should improve productivity, shorten lead times, and make development more competitive.
Third, the difficulty of passing on knowledge will be addressed by combining Monstar Lab’s AI with SOLIZE PARTNERS’ engineering know-how. They aim to digitize and AI-enable engineers’ expertise, boosting overall productivity and supporting the training of younger engineers.
This partnership is a move to modernize manufacturing, make processes smarter, and make knowledge easier to pass on.
