SORACOM Inc. will begin offering “Wisora,” a generation AI bot service, on August 21, 2025, which enables companies to easily create and operate AI bots that respond immediately to inquiries both inside and outside the company.
Wisora’s greatest feature is its ease of use, allowing users to get started without specialized knowledge of AI or systems. Users can create AI bots with specific knowledge simply by loading web pages or documents (PDF, HTML, Office files, etc.) from the browser interface. AI bots can be deployed in a variety of ways, including publishing them as dedicated chat pages, installing widgets on websites, and integrating with Slack. Furthermore, bot design, character settings, and multilingual support are also possible. Operationally, the system includes mechanisms for continuous improvement through additional learning, response tuning, and visualization of dialogue history and user feedback, and also includes management functions for business use.
Several companies have already implemented Wisora, and have confirmed results such as a reduction in inquiries and improved work efficiency. Soracom itself has also implemented Wisora, and in user support operations, it has been introduced as a widget in technical support forms and user consoles to encourage users to solve their own problems. In addition, a system has been introduced for automatically generating initial response proposals for sales inquiries, demonstrating the effectiveness of reducing work volume by approximately 40%.
