Otsuka Shokai and Infomart are strengthening their partnership to support digital transformation across the manufacturing and wholesale industries. The expanded collaboration will bring Infomart’s wholesale order management system TANOMU and its BP Storage AI-OCR services into Otsuka Shokai’s Tayoreru business support service.
The expanded service will provide companies with broader support across the business process, from order placement and receiving to billing and document storage. Users will also receive support for initial setup, daily operations, and troubleshooting for the newly added services, alongside existing BtoB Platform services and BP Workflow.
The move sort of addresses the ongoing problems that manufacturers and wholesalers keep running into, especially labor shortages and also those logistics delivery risks. Even with all that pressure though, a lot of businesses are still depending on fax and telephone orders, plus manual data entry into their central systems. The companies are trying to reduce that day to day operational drag by pushing for tighter integration between the services they offer.

The partnership began in April 2022, when Otsuka Shokai and Infomart signed a sales partner agreement to promote back-office digitalization. In January 2025, additional services were added to Tayoreru and an Ambassador Program was established.
The companies will also integrate Otsuka Shokai’s SMILE V 2nd Edition Sales with TANOMU and BP Storage for Invoice Issuance. Purchase Order AI-OCR from invox is planned for Tayoreru in 2027. Together, the companies want to boost productivity and kind of push forward DX across manufacturing, wholesale, and the nearby related sectors.
