Kinjiro Co., Ltd. has entered into a business alliance agreement with Insource Co., Ltd..
This partnership is part of our initiative to expand collaboration with external partners’ services, starting with Universal Kinjiro. We will integrate our “Universal Kinjiro” with Insource’s LMS “Leaf series” to provide our customers with a talent development service tentatively named “Kinjiro Learning.”
In addition, the two companies will begin mutual sales, providing integrated support for everything from employment management, human resource management, payroll management, and health management to talent development, thereby boosting companies’ human capital management.
Amid growing interest in human capital management, companies are required to not only centrally manage personnel and labor information but also create an environment that supports the growth of each individual employee. Through “Universal Kinjiro,” which integrates everything from work management to human resources, payroll, and health management®, we have been supporting work style reform and health management.

Insource has supported human resource development for companies, local governments, and educational institutions through its training business and digital education services.
