monoAI technology Inc. will begin full-scale deployment of “AI Bootcamp,” a two-day intensive training program offered by its subsidiary, RoboApplications Inc.
This program is an organizational transformation training program for corporations that condenses the practical know-how accumulated through our own business improvement efforts, developed by our company, which handles cutting-edge technologies such as AI contract development and autonomous AI agents. It does not rely on any single tool, but supports a wide range of major AI tools, including “Microsoft Copilot,” which is increasingly being adopted in business settings, as well as “Gemini,” “ChatGPT,” and “Claude.”
Furthermore, it is designed to be eligible for the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s “Human Resource Development Support Subsidy (Business Development and Reskilling Support Course),” and if the requirements are met, up to 75% of the course fee will be reimbursed, supporting the construction of AI workflows that can be immediately implemented in the workplace.

Background of this program development
Currently, the adoption of generative AI by corporations in Japan is rapidly expanding. Driven by the inclusion of AI as a standard feature in PCs and various browsers, and its integration into familiar smartphone apps, an environment is being created where even small and medium-sized enterprises can easily access a variety of AI tools, including “ChatGPT” and “Microsoft Copilot.”
However, in many companies, the use of AI is limited to “one-off email writing” or “general research,” and has not yet reached its original purpose of “automating practical tasks” such as “checking company quotations” or “automating data entry.”
Our “AI Bootcamp” offers a two-day practical training program that goes beyond simply eliminating copy-pasting and automatically editing and outputting Excel and Word documents using AI. It covers advanced, next-generation workflow design, including automatic replies to incoming emails, task extraction and reminders from internal chat tools, and even autonomous execution and completion of routine tasks in place of humans. As a result, participants can take home their own personalized blueprint that allows them to immediately streamline their work.
