Resona Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Nowcast Co., Ltd., a member of the Finatext Group that provides financial infrastructure for the AI era, are pleased to announce the construction of an automated platform on the Snowflake environment equipped with an investment trust-related database and four business functions in order to streamline and enhance the creation and updating of investment trust product summaries and investment trust agreements.
This initiative eliminated the manual processes and reliance on individual employees for data management that arose from saving and managing product summaries and investment trust agreements as Word files. As a result, we achieved a significant reduction in workload, prevented errors, and enabled faster responses to revisions of laws, regulations, and industry rules.

The creation and revision of investment trust product summaries and bylaws occur frequently when new funds are established, internal regulations are revised, and notifications and legal changes are made by asset management associations, etc. However, the following challenges existed in the conventional business process.
