PKSHA Technology Co., Ltd. is developing “AI Suite for HR,” which uses AI to comprehensively streamline HR operations and improve the experience of job seekers and workers. To address these issues, “PKSHA Interview Copilot” was developed to be person-oriented, ask questions and engage candidates based on real-time interview data, and also standardize post-interview evaluation and handover, thereby simultaneously improving the efficiency and quality of interviews.
