USEN-ALMEX Corporation introduces “Co-Assign,” a platform for optimizing personnel allocation to visualize assignments

iRidge Inc. announces that USEN-ALMEX Inc., a USEN & U-NEXT GROUP company that develops and provides business management systems and automatic payment machines for accommodation facilities such as hotels and inns, and medical institutions such as hospitals, clinics and pharmacies, has introduced the development resource optimization platform “Co-Assign”

USEN-ALMEX manages the assignment (allocation of personnel to projects) of approximately 150 people in development projects. As the scale of products and services expanded, the number of personnel and projects increased, and the burden of management became heavier. In addition, there was a need to improve productivity by visualizing the budget and actual results for each project, so we trial-introduced “Co-Assign” in October 2024. After that, we were evaluated for its functions that matched the challenges and needs and its simple and easy-to-use user interface, and officially introduced it in January 2025.
