Smartsheet has launched a new suite of AI agents, new automated workflows, system integrations and security controls at ENGAGE 2026 aimed at closing the execution gaps between a business’s strategic plan and actual delivery. Its new Agentic Workflows turns a natural language request into a series of repeatable actions, while its Creation Agent creates workspaces for projects and Data Quality Agent identifies reporting problems.
They also revealed native integrations to Service Now, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Hub Spot and Workday as well as an Integration Agent that enables third-party tools via natural language requests. Security platform with ISO/IEC 42001 security certification capable of streaming security events as they happen, with data classification controls.

Also included in the announcement is the increasing enterprise desire for AI automation across the entire workflow, the connected data environment and improved governance as the use of AI continues to expand.
