FourKites and Chorus have launched Store Marketing Intelligence, a service designed to give consumer goods, food and beverage, and retail brands end-to-end visibility into promotional displays as they move from manufacturing facilities to retail store floors.
I think this solution brings together Chorus AI tracking and FourKites supply chain intelligence to watch the location and condition of each display during distribution. When one display is misdirected or delayed in a back room the system can start recovery tasks to make sure that display reaches the sales floor while the promotion is still active.
This service tackles a problem in retail marketing execution. Research that tracked 15,000 displays across 5,000 stores discovered that 29 percent of the displays never reached the sales floor and the displays that did arrive only spent 62 percent of the campaign time on the sales floor.

Unlike solutions that require special in‑store hardware this service works without extra store equipment or complex integrations. It also offers automated intervention and human oversight.
Available in North America, Europe and other markets this service shows a shift, toward merging supply chain visibility with execution. For consumer brands better tracking can help reduce losses improve merchandising operations and connect marketing investments to real sales performance.
